Stage 2 took teams from Ceres to Saronsberg via the Witzenberg and its demanding trails. In the Elite men’s race, Jordan Sarrou and Matt Beers used sheer power and on-the-limit descending skills to claim another stage win and retain their yellow leader jerseys.
